Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Estimated 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We do not control carrier pricing or delays.

Limited Drops

For limited drops or exclusive releases:

  • Orders may require additional processing time.

  • All limited drop items are shipped in the order they were received.

  • Limited drop purchases are final sale once shipped.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • No Ease No Comfort is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
