At No Ease No Comfort, every piece is made to represent discipline, pressure, and growth. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Any item returned showing signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration will be rejected.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Promotional items

  • Limited drop / exclusive release items (when applicable)

Limited drops are produced in small quantities and are final once sold.

Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different size or item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, No Ease No Comfort is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
